Alexandra Marrero, Account Manager

Alexandra Marrero is from Cottonwood, Arizona, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication with a double emphasis in PR and Advertising. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marketing, reflecting her commitment to continued growth and learning. At CBM Marketing Solutions, Alexandra serves as a Social Media Manager, Content Curator, and Project Coordinator, helping bring brand strategies to life across digital platforms. Outside of work, she enjoys distance running, hiking, and reading.

Hope Kenoyer, Senior Graphic Designer

Hope was born in Tucson, Arizona, and holds an Associate’s Degree in Advertising Art. With 27 years of experience in the advertising agency industry, she brings deep expertise and creativity to every project. As Senior Graphic Designer at CBM Marketing Solutions, Hope leads the design and production of advertising materials, guiding projects from concept through final execution. In her free time, she enjoys quad riding, kayaking, listening to music, and spending time with her family.

Ahmed Bahar, Lead Web Developer

Ahmed is from Visalia, California, and studied Computer Science with a focus on programming and e-commerce. He brings over 10 years of experience as a web developer, specializing in WordPress, Shopify, and full-stack web applications using technologies such as React, Vue, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, .NET, Go, and Java. His work spans industries including SaaS, e-commerce, finance, healthcare, and gaming, where he focuses on delivering high-quality, user-centered digital experiences. At CBM Marketing Solutions, Ahmed serves as Lead Web Developer, building scalable and efficient web solutions.

Kiersten Williams, Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Kiersten joins CBM Marketing Solutions as Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, specializing in content strategy, audience growth, and data-driven campaign performance. She works closely with clients to develop cohesive brand voices across social platforms while leveraging analytics, paid advertising, and strategic planning to turn engagement into measurable business results. With experience supporting local businesses and media brands, Kiersten is passionate about helping organizations build meaningful connections with their audiences and grow their digital presence with purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys country dancing, playing guitar, and planning road trip adventures.

Nicole Gonzalez, Visual Content Creator

Nicole brings a coast-to-coast creative perspective, with experience spanning New York City, Upstate New York, Los Angeles, and Arizona. She began her film career in 2004 editing for E! Entertainment and became a member of IATSE Local 44 in 2005. Her work includes contributions to television series, feature films, pilots, and national commercial productions for major studios and networks such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney, and Warner Bros. In 2024, she earned her FAA Part 107 drone license, expanding her ability to capture dynamic aerial content. At CBM Marketing Solutions, Nicole serves as a Visual Content Creator, bringing a cinematic and strategic storytelling approach to every project. She is also the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping animals.

Leslie Szymborski – Business Operations & Growth Manager

Leslie joins CBM Marketing Solutions as Business Operations & Growth Manager. She will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen operations, support business expansion, and drive overall growth.

Leslie brings over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, where she focused on building a high-performing organization and delivering exceptional value to customers through outstanding service and innovative operational leadership.

Jasshel Bortolotti – Administrative Assistant

Jasshel is the Administrative Assistant at CBM Marketing Solutions, where she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. She supports leadership, team members, and clients by managing communication, scheduling, and internal systems. Jasshel holds a certification in UX Design from UT Austin and an AAS in Graphic Design from Yavapai College, which also allows her to contribute to graphic design and client delivery preparation. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, hiking, and crafting.

Aaron Walksler, CEO

Aaron Walksler is a seasoned marketing professional with a career spanning since 2009. He has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and growing businesses. Specializing in digital marketing, Aaron is adept at crafting strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate sales. His forward-thinking and solution-oriented mindset make him a thought leader in his field. He’s also skilled at leveraging technology to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Aaron’s career journey has taken him from being a marketing concierge at Diamond Resorts International to his current role as CEO of CBM Marketing Solutions. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation.

In addition to his professional achievements, Aaron is also actively involved in community service. He is a founding board member of the Verde Valley Oasis Reptile Ranch and Rescue, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating reptiles. He has also been a coach for a U14 Competitive Traveling soccer team and is the newly appointed Regional Commissioner for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) 232 Region, where he oversees day-to-day operations and ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
