Welcome Jasshel Bortolotti as Administrative Assistant. Jasshel plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. She supports leadership, team members, and clients by managing communication, scheduling, and systems. Jasshel’s formal UX and Graphic design education have uniquely prepared her to support the team with graphic design and client delivery preparation.

Jasshel holds a certification in UX Design from UT Austin and is currently pursuing an AAS in Graphic Design at Yavapai College, with an expected graduation in spring 2026. Outside of work, Jasshel likes to try new restaurants, hike and craft.

In addition to his professional achievements, Aaron is also actively involved in community service. He is a founding board member of the Verde Valley Oasis Reptile Ranch and Rescue, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating reptiles. He has also been a coach for a U14 Competitive Traveling soccer team and is the newly appointed Regional Commissioner for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) 232 Region, where he oversees day-to-day operations and ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
