After you’ve reached out to us or decided on a plan, the first step that we take is analyzing your social profiles, analytics, and digital marketing strategies. This helps us determine a baseline so our success is measurable.
The next step that we take is spending time with you to determine what your goals are. We call this a discovery session and it usually takes about an hour. We use this time to learn more about your brand and reputation that you’ve worked to hard to establish.

Collect, setup, design, and post
During this phase, we collect content that is ready to use over the next 30-60 days. Most businesses have images that are specific to their business but if you don’t have any, that’s OK! We’re partnered with Adobe and have access to millions of pictures. We then start to setup any new social profiles that will be used and then start designing and creating content. This process can take as little as 2 days but may take up to a week depending on the size of the scope of work.
After your plan begins, we’ll continue to monitor results and analyze the metrics that matter. We optimize campaigns in several ways after data is collected. We’ll use A/B Split testing and Audience Split Testing to optimize your campaigns which will make your campaigns more effective and efficient over time.
